I can't recommend this place enough for cryotherapy! Facility is beyond clean and welcoming and the team is just amazing. They are friendly, kind , helpful and knowledgable! I never feel rushed or like I am asking too many questions. They make me feel comfortable and I always walk out feeling better than I came in!

I just went in with a friend as she was inquiring about the IV. There are 2 businesses that work together here. When we were inside I booked an appointment with the cryotherapy and infrared sauna. I have to say I was a bit or a lot intimidated because I have never froze before voluntarily. I LOVED IT and am anxiously awaiting my next appointment. Thank you Leah for the calm guidance through the experience!!!! I'll add my picture with the protective gloves hat etc next visit....do yourself a favor and try it!!!

Leah was so helpful and explained everything to me. She gave me a free session in the cryo and stayed just outside the door to ease up my fear of the first time. But it was great! Looking forward to more sessions! Highly recommend!

Love this place! All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted to try modalities for wellness that I haven't done before like cryotherapy, and here I am able to do it all in one session: Two minutes in the cryochamber (if you like snow this is for you, it flurries in the chamber, and two minutes goes quickly), followed by 20 minutes in the infrared sauna cocoon. I loved it because you can lay down and relax, get a massage and your head sticks out so you don't get super hot. Then I did 10 minutes in the infrared light bed for post-surgical wound healing, (you can choose skin treatment or weight loss among others) and lastly stood for 10 minutes on the vibration plate to help build bone density, bust cellulite and move my lymphatics. It is equivalent to working out for 30 minutes but ALL your muscles get a workout, not just the usual 40-60% you get in an intense gym session. You think this is all hype and nonsense? It's not! Tons of data to support all these therapies and I'm so happy to have the convenience of a bright, happy and clean one-stop shop! They also do weight management, IV drip therapy and more, definitely check them out!

Did my first session of light therapy for pain and weight loss and my back immediately felt better! Heidi is very informative and very helpful!!! Definitely going to be consistent with the treatments!

Awesome facility!!!

I've always had autoimmune problems and they've just seemed to get worse especially with Fibromyalgia!! My pain is an ongoing daily factor in my life. I have Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome as well and some days I literally cannot get out of my bed! I've tried Red Light therapy in the past, but it was just "panels". When I walked into this awesome establishment, I met the Manager right away, Necole, the owner, Michael and the RN, Jewel. They sat me down and went over all the amazing benefits this $80,000 bed has to offer! 15 minutes in this bed, whether it's for Weight Loss, Chronic Pain and inflammation, I walk out feeling like a different person. I tell people it's "magical." I've been using this bed along with the vibration plate now for 1 month. I bought the unlimited package because I look forward to using it as much as possible. I recently got blood work done from my Rheumatologist and my SED rate (inflammation) is half of what it was 1 month ago and I can 100% feel the difference! I sleep so much better at night now and I've noticed my clothes getting loose. I've also started on the Isolean and B12 shot! Gives me more energy and Jewel, the RN has educated me on everything and all the benefits. She was right on with everything! This place is called MY SPA! I can't wait to go whenever I can and to explore everything they have to offer! My life has changed!
