I just went in with a friend as she was inquiring about the IV. There are 2 businesses that work together here. When we were inside I booked an appointment with the cryotherapy and infrared sauna. I have to say I was a bit or a lot intimidated because I have never froze before voluntarily. I LOVED IT and am anxiously awaiting my next appointment. Thank you Leah for the calm guidance through the experience!!!! I’ll add my picture with the protective gloves hat etc next visit….do yourself a favor and try it!!!
